If you are looking to purchase a home and don't know where to begin, reach out to Ernesto! He is extremely knowledgeable of the whole process and truly cares about his clients. I did speak with several other lenders before, including a couple of large banks, however I felt as if I was just a number to them. Just trying to set up an appointment was always a hassle since they seemed to be spread so thin over many people. However, when I reached out to Ernesto, he was very responsive and actually catered to my schedule for setting up our appointments. I was a first-time home buyer, and needless to say very clueless of the whole process, but Ernesto did an awesome job walking me through everything. What I really loved the most about working with him, was how big he was on educating his clients before anything else. Our first few meetings were strictly about providing me with information and answering all of my questions. I also never felt pressured to have to choose to do business with him. Ernesto was truly our guardian angel along the way to owning our first home. My wife and I read and researched as much as we could about what we needed to be able to buy our first home but we still felt unprepared. We were lucky enough to meet with Ernesto, sat down and discussed where we were financially with our debt and savings and where we needed to be to be able to purchase our home. After forming our game plan Ernesto helped guide us and answered any and all of our questions, even when he was on vacation! You will not find any other lender/lender services with this degree of customer service. We will continue to work with Ernesto when we decide to look for our next home, refi, and/or sell our current home and will have our kids, family and friends go to him as well.
